Dear Clients, Prospects, Partners and Friends,

We just wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some news from FileVault, looking back at our accomplishments in 2004, discuss where we are today, and let you in on some exciting plans for the remainder of 2005.

2004 was the best year yet in our history. We doubled our client base, enhanced our existing service offerings, and added great new team members to the Company. Most significant to FileVault was the opening in the summer of our 6,000 square foot stand-alone media vault. This state-of-the-art facility is already home to thousands of backup tapes of Charlotte's most forward-thinking IT departments. Bill Beverley (bbeverley@filevaultusa.com) is the General Manager of this unique facility and brings over 15 years of experience in the off-site data protection industry. Bill would welcome the opportunity to work with you on servicing your companies' data protection needs.

We start 2005 with the strongest team ever. Although Kristin Rowe, who was among the earliest builders of the Company, left us in December (like many of you, we are so grateful to her for her attention to this business!!), we have brought Sharon Freeman (sfreeman@filevaultusa.com) to take us to the next level. Sharon will be aiding James Zogzas (jzogzas@filevaultusa.com) in client services as well. Our processes and facilities remain the best in our marketplace, and recent successful audits by our most demanding clients have proven this. Our filed services team, led by Carlos Hunter and Kelvin Terrel, continues to work hard to make sure your deliveries and pickups are accurate and on-time!

In 2005, the Company intends to continue its rapid growth. As a full service records management company, we are deepening our relationship with existing clients (from managing hard copy records to being an integral part of business continuity planning to aiding in secure destruction to offering imaged records on the web) and building new relationships around the region. Recently we have inaugurated the latest version of our web site, www.filevaultusa.com - please check it out and give us your opinion. In addition, we have modernized our logo to better communicate our total records management focus and multiple lines of business.

As always, we will continue to look for ways to add value to our records management relationship. Our proven approach has made many of you more confident in your management of your firm's vital documents, and we look forward to a great year serving you and your team.
