We've got a new look on our vehicles! Clients are hooked by the bright orange trucks that our team is now driving - what do you think?

We've installed the industry-leading tape tracking software to manage our media vault. It allows clients to see contents of both their on-site and off-site inventories, as well as order placement over the web. Phillip Crumb has joined our team; many of you have met Phillip already; those that haven't will enjoy getting to know him and the energy he's bringing to our field services.

We moved in more than 30,000 tapes for clients this quarter into our media vault. Are backup tape rotations a service that your team could use? We built a private media vault (INSIDE our media vault) dedicated to one client this quarter, addressing the needs of the most demanding data center operations.
