When you see the sheer number of boxes in our record center you might think finding an individual file is like finding a needle in a haystack.  The truth is our business is managing that haystack so every needle is fully accounted for and its location known.

Whether we service you at the box level or the file level, bar coding your materials is the key.  We can scan a file into a box and onto a shelf and retrieve it days, months or years later knowing exactly where it is with a simple look up.

The benefit doesn’t stop with finding a file.  The bar code also allows to electronically capture every associated transaction – deliveries, pick ups, retention procedures, destruction – and provide you regular reports on it all.
